The issue in GetHuman-adebaker's own words
Figure out if I am getting the rest of it or not, and if so, when. Also figure out why * items are VOIDED. ... Placed an order *-**-**. * days later checking my credit, I see you closed my account. Then I received one item which was seriously wrong, another still open and * say VOIDED. What does that mean????? Either ship the rest, Cancel the order or clear with the credit bureau that my account is open or not. Am I getting this or not???????
Give me information about the real status of my order and my account.
Tried calling but the customer service is not open. Tried e-mailing but to no avail. Just need a simple answer.
