I paid my bill on time every month I've paid for wi-fi hot spot but haven't had access to my hotspot service since I paid my bill last I have * days left of service on this billing cycle however I've only had limited service for the past * cycles I do not appreciate the lack of care nor costumer support I've been givin thought the past * billing cycles the issue of on time payments for lack of service perchased is a violation of the contract I want this issue resolved mediately ********** contact me on the number I've purchased or by email with your planned exhibition of reconciliation or your resubmitted or temperament remembersment of my lost profits ***Sincerely your discusted customer*Cory.
