I have used Virgin Mobile*Boost Mobile on a monthly basis for years. I am very happy with their service.** I bought a Galaxy S* from an ebay seller that had very high ratings and seemed to be a large scale vendor. The phone was sold as "unlocked". When I put my SIM card from my previous phone (an LG Dynasty) into the Samsung S* I found out it was locked. Now I cannot get the SIM card to work with the previous phone...I have no phone to contact Boost support, since they say they do not provide customer support by e-mail. A very frustrating day all around
