I've been an outstanding customer for about ** years. Never had a late payment. But it is very apparent that Boost doesn't give a **** about long time customers because I couldn't even get a discount on a new phone. The "upgrade" for long time users is a payment plan for phones. I don't buy expensive phones so that's not a "perk" for me! I'm sick of feeling like I don't matter to a company I've been loyal to for years! All I want is a freaking discount on a $** phone. I've talked to customer service twice and a supervisor this last time but they can't or won't help me. I am not asking for too much.
GetHuman-heleighu did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
