Hello my name is Sherry Bass my phone was suspended but obviously I unsuspended it cuz I end up finding the phone when it was lost or stolen I'm still not able to dial out any calls or anything like that is saying that is not in range or is not a network I'm not able to dial out I'm not able to call or send text messages of any kind I need and I am having issues I tried to reach out to a professional to talk to customer service about a technical problem obviously at this time I'm not able to reach out to anyone because I don't have no service everything seemed to be updated it looks like my account is back to being updated back to normal but I still can't have no service and it keeps saying that it's not for voice calls I need technical support do you think you can help me are you Technical Support I'm not able to dial out so I need to know how I can get this fixed and worked out some my cell phone can be back on track will you be able to help me or not and I'm just asking just out of kindness and I will gladly appreciate if someone reach back at me because I don't understand what's going on right now with my service right now and everything is pretty much new since I transfer from T-Mobile and now I'm with but boostmobile
