I used to be in a family plan but my sister and dad left it a month ago and my monthly bill was due today but I didnt have time to go to the store and pay it. So, I had totally forgotten I had the auto reboost and so it over charged me to *** instead of ** and it keeps on telling me that my next months bill will be ***, when clearly it’s supposed to be **! I was wondering if I can get the money that they over charged me back ?
