Help with my Boost Mobile issue

The issue in GetHuman-rikosin's own words
I am a VMUSA customer (***-***-****) transfered to Boost Mobile. Boost's website showed no balance due and automatic boost-up. A $**.** credit was deleted from my account, allegedly because I manually didn't make a $**.** payment which was made on *******. Boost had all my credit card info already. They should restore the credit to my account. I tried to call customer service, but couldn't talk to a human.

GetHuman-rikosin did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
