I want to have my Boost mobile phone carrier unlocked. That is I want it unlocked from Boost Mobile so that I can possibly change to a different carrier in the future. I have called them twice about this, and after keeping me on hold for **-** minutes (AFTER a person actually answers) they hang up on me.

GetHuman-jabelkie did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
