I'm Paying for hotspot, but the phone has been saying that I'm not subscribed, when I have clearly been paying for it for the last * years, that might be your first clue something is out of the ordinary. I went through the online FAQ procedure. then called them told them my issue, then they made me do it all again. even after I told her I did all of it again and recited word for word what she was saying. then, she fed me a line of ******** and told me it would be as simple as setting up a new network name and password. she lied to me to get me off the phone, or she didn't understand, I guess that's what you get when your customer services first language is not that of the customers,... its ***** infuriating. "speaking" and "understanding" are not the same things.
GetHuman3772258 did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
