to whom it may concern,**My name is : Lisa Jones**My phone *: ***-***-******I have an iPhone xr that has a cracked screen. Someone had broken into my car to try to get my phone and was scared off and they dropped my phone and the screen cracked. The incident was July **, ******Unfortunately boost mobile phone insurance will not replace the phone! I understand I have to pay a deductible ,which I am willing to do. * *I had tried to file this claim multiple times when the incident occurred and I kept getting rejected and I got frustrated and gave up on it . I called to speak to customer service twice in the last couple weeks. The first time the lady told me what to put on my claim so it doesn’t get rejectedI **I tried to file a claim last week and it got rejected because they said I waited too long!**I am left with an iPhone xr that has a cracked screen. Plus paying for phone insurance and nothing can be done. what’s the point of insurance if you can’t get anything fixed. ** **This is just absolutely ridiculous. I’m about ready to cancel and just go with another phone company. I’ve never had this problem with any company before* especially since I pay every month for the insurance. **I’m sure this whole email will not matter but somebody needs to know what is going on! I have been a customer of boost for many years. I pay for insurance and have a right to have a phone that does not have a cracked screen.**Please don’t tell me* just go buy a new phone.
