Im currently with old promo for family plan - on *** (* line). As of yesterday I kept the *th line unactivated and still open on "autopay" every month...*now i decided to activate this *th line account and after long problem with old carrier (tracfone) and was switch over to boost mobile it finally got activated then I requested to switch phone number over to ***-***-**** and do swap over . I was in the store for hours to make this transition work and when it was swap over and switch *th line number to ***-***-****, the customer care personnel was kind enough to go beyond my expectation and shown her caring support and met my needs so calmly with great attitude..I was so blessed that this person actually showed alot of care and support along the way. Now...i have noticed the line that was swapped over to ********** is having problem last night. It seems the connection is not working. Please check phone no. ***-***-****. And I kept getting messages as no connection and prepaid account. I believe the issue was the tracfone pin no.

GetHuman-maviobac did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
