I worked with a company that was brought out and the employees had to get the bussiness phone and turn it into their personal account. I already had an account with Boost so I up my plan and added a line . i switched from Verizon. I purchase a stylo * at time I can barely hear the other person unless it on high volume at times. I took it back to see if I could switch it out for the same phone thinking since I just purchase it * days ago..I was told I had * days to exchange it. The Boost store would not even consider it..staying that he did not see anything wrong with the speaker..he is not with me all day therefore it doesn't have that echo all the time..if the phone was okay I would not have taken it back to the store. I have been with Boost a while now...just want a phone that I can hear not sometimes...tell me what I need to do concerning this matter. I just want to switch this phone for another stylo *. In hopes of a better speaker
