my internet had been down since Tuesday morning around *am i have been on the phone since then repeating myself running myself low due to this i have tried everything from ******** to factory default. you guys checked towers and everything. i even contacted the phone company coolpad and they told me to do the same thing you guys telling me to do. i paid $** to deal with this? im tired and my mental illness isnt doing to good with this. Please help because i need my internet to contact doctors when im away from my computer and i lost my job due to you guys not having my internet right. if i have to and i dont want to i will give you guys a very bad review and forced to go to a government phone and leave you. I am NOT paying $** to go through this headace again its not worth it
