My wife's old Boost phone broke. I gave her my Boost Galaxy S*. I followed the instructions on the Boost website. I logged in under her number and PIN. I clicked SWAP DEVICE and followed the instructions. I enter in the correct set of numbers because at the end it gave me the green light everything was fine. We turned on the S* and setup her Google account, everything loaded. It even sent a text to the old phone to verify we are making the change. We waited an hour for all to download. I tested her phone by calling it. It rang * times and went to voice mail on my end but the new S* did not wring. I tried making a call from the S* and it gave me an automated message from Sprint saying gibberish about paying to make a payment. I followed all instructions. Both phones bought at a Boost store. Help......
