I just have a few questions for boost mobile? I have decided to switch too AT&T! But i just don't understand why boost does not treat their loyal customers better then they do!! I have been with boost over ten year's and have bought probably ** phone's. I have to accounts and it's time for me to upgrade. When i went into a boost store they offer free phone's for new customers but yet a customer that has been with Boost over ** yrs gets what? $**.** off a phone?? I got a second line * yrs ago and have bought * phone's just on that account that's not counting my phone bill I've been more then LOYAL with you guy's and get not a ******* thing in return. For being loyal! I can't even get good phone service every time I answer a call it drops i call out and within ten minutes. My call drops I've called customer service many of time's. And the problem has not got fixed this has been on going since September it's now March and the problem is NOT FIXED I USE MY PHONE FOR WORK IT'S VERY IMPORTANT MY PHONE IS WORKING PROPERLY IT'S VERY CLEAR BOOST MOBILE DON'T GIVE A **** THEY ONLY CARE THAT U PAY YOUR MONTHLY BILL IT'S SAD THAT I HAVE TO SWITCH PHONE CARRIER'S BECUZ YOU ALL CAN'T DO YOUR JOB OR TAKE CARE OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS
