I paid to activate a phone on the *th of March (this month) and called to check on the phones activation twice but the phone never received the service we paid for. I’m checking on what the problem could be, whether it’s on our end or the companies. We are currently out of state and need this phone activated by today.
GetHuman-jasonkco did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
