I am very very upset I had switch to boost in August from metro pcs with the number **********. I was deliquent on my payment December and January. When trying to reactivate my account a CSR told me my number was assign to cricket I never had cricket! They changed my number and they told me I should be able to use my phone again I haven't been able to do anything. I am also locked out of my Apple iCloud because my number was my two step verification that I have no access too. I have not been given an answer or a solution to .y problem and this is the second day that I am suppose to have service but I do not.
