I recently purchased a Boost Mobile ZTE Hot spot. I am trying to activate it for the month of March and the remainder of February . However, when ever I type in the MEID to activate it I get the message "Device does not appear to be eligible for activation." I have made an attempt to activate the device in the past but never followed through with the process. Meaning this is the first time I am attempting to actually get service to the device. I tried to "re-boost" but it is saying that i need to type in my phone number. The website does not recognize my number. I tried to call your support line and only got an automated message which could not help me. I need this hot spot for work and it must be set up as quickly as possible.
