So I was on the * man family plan and we switched to the * man one and so they reset everything which when they did they now offered us **gb of hotspot which is good cause I use alot of it and * days later I turn on my hotspot to use it and I find that I wasnt getting any internet connection so a few minutes later I get a text saying I used all my ** gigs and when I check my boost app it says I have only used *.* so now it says I have to wait till next month for my hotspot to reset! Which I didnt even use * gig of it! Plz help!
