As of Friday, January **, ****:**I recently ported my number into Boost Mobile to be added to my family’s plan. I am the husband*dad paying for the plan and was the only one not on it. Because my ported number was a new account, their employee set me up with a new family plan at an even better price, * lines unlimited for $****mo. All seemed well. However, there are now two major issues: after getting an email yesterday confirming the new plan had started, I also received emails telling me that all family members (except my wife, whose number was the lead contact on the former plan) had been removed from a family plan. At first I took it to mean they were removed from the old plan, but the messages included my number being removed and all now no longer have service. Furthermore, after the porting of my number from another carrier went through, my new unlocked iPhone XR (purchased from Apple and identified by Boost as eligible) won’t activate (using a new SIM card mailed to me by Boost). I went to a Boost store and they tried another SIM card. They failed to get the phone activated, and sent me to an Apple store. The Apple store tried another SIM card, which also was not successful. At this time my phone is not activated, and the rest of my family have been wrongfully removed from my family plan. **The phone numbers involved are:*****-***-**** - Douglas Joseph****-***-**** - Wife****-***-********-***-********-***-****
