I searched the website to ensure the imei I was attempting to switch to worked (***************). I checked multiple times on multiple devices and they all said it did. I then logged into my account and it failed. I tried again on different devices. When that did not work I attempted to call. I explained my issue to see why it did not work. They just tried to switch it and just said it would not work. I attempted to find out why. They claimed it was not compatible which is not what the imei check said. They then claimed it was because the device was not cdma (when device allows to change to cdma). Finally a supervisor said it was a Metro PCS device which was incorrect(device was purchased from Verizon). I had no confidence the rep nor supervisor knew what they were saying so asked to be transferred to tech support and was straight out refused. I just want to know why the website states it is compatible but it will not allow the change. I am highly dissatisfied with Boost.
