I had purchased * iPhone *s for my children for their birthday on December * , I gave them to my children on December ** and activated them that day now it is December ** and one of the phones shut off and won’t turn back on. I contacted boost customer service on December ** and spoke with an associate “Drew” I explained what the issue was, he told me he would replace the defective phone then he placed me on hold, for about * minutes and came back and asked me if I ordered the phone online? I told him I did he then placed me back on hold for about ** when the phone proceeded to ring and nobody ever answered. I have never had this issue with any other company and the only reason I chose this company was because it was a convenient plan for two children. But not if you don’t back your product with any customer service. Very disappointed and am expecting something to be done about this faulty phone.
