My name is Michael heard I made my monthly payment for Boost Boost Mobile mobile a $** every month on time I made the payment on Friday and on Christmas Eve you shut the phone service off after I paid the bill on Friday and ask me to add money to the service to turn the phone on I had already paid the bill a $** so I have an important phone call to make and could not make it I'm on the road away from home I check check my bank statement yes Boost Mobile did get paid the amount of $** I added ** more dollars to get my service turned back on with should never been turned off I want to know what are you going to do for my inconvenience is ** * $** I paid now please let me know something soon as possible
