Boost Mobile switched my plan from $**.** a month *taxes and fees included*, to $*.** a day. I did not ask, nor give my consent to do so. I went to Walmart to see about another provider. They talked to Boost to get my account number, but I would like to continue with Boost. A gentlemen by the name of Stephen assisted the employee at Walmart, as well as myself. He had offered to go back to my $**.** a month plan, no additional fees, plus * to * months of no charges to get me to stay. I would like to take him up on his offer, but no charges this month or next month, and no added charges out of the clear blue. I have tried to get customer service, but without any results. Hoping you can assist me.
