To whom it may concern,**My name is Leigh. I lost my my phone on **********. I put in a claim for the lost phone. Claim * ********. I called after receiving the phone because I could not get it to activate. Your associate said the problem was due to the system needing to refresh & upgrade. I am an understanding person, but like most i am a full time mother & work, so it is imperative that i have a phone. He gave me aclaim * *******. He told me to call back in ** hours. The call ended. I called back after the ** hours & told your associate my phone still was not activated & was given the same claim * *******. I called today & gave your associate the claim * & he was perplexed at the claim. It was a claim for no service in area not for new phone activation. The replacement phone I received already an active sim card that belonged to another customer. Your associate did a great job & he was very diligent. I received a $* credit for a week and some days without an active phone. I believe i deserve more credit to my account then $*.**.
