The boost website, live agents, ***, *** were all unable to solve the problem of accepting a credit card for payment!!! The system kept rejecting it when I had sufficient funds. An agent then told me that I tried too many times and to wait ** hours. I did as she advised and had the same issue...keeps rejecting payment. Tonight I tried another credit card and that was rejected too!!! I spoke to SEVERAL agents and spent several hours trying to resolve the issue and no one at the company would go above and beyond to make some calls, find answers, and call me back with a resolution. I also reached out to the Winter Haven location and the agent said to try ***. It is the same automation as ***. I called her back and she could not help me and I told her that I will be switching carriers and she simply said ok. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I still can not make a payment!!! *** *** ****
