Hi, I’ve been trying to get a boost up phone for almost over * months now. I tried ordering the iPhone * Plus online and it wouldn’t let me. Technical support couldn’t help me, the email they provided for me for sprint wouldn’t work, I finally was able to get my local store to order it for me. I went in on the day the told me to come in, that it would be there for me and I went there and they said they didn’t order it. Then they said they couldn’t order the type of phone I wanted that they could easily get me the iPhones xr. So I agreed to getting that phone instead. I waited another week to get that phone and when I went in, they activated it and messed it up and had to send it back and didn’t have anymore in stock. They said they’d order me another one, that I had to wait another week. Irritated, I waited another week. I went in, and they said they forgot to order it, that I had to wait another week again. I don’t think I should be waiting this long for a phone because the employees at my local store keep messing up and I have to suffer the outcome. I don’t want to wait another week for a phone I’ve been trying to get for almost over two months! With all the stress and time wasted, gas wasted for my trips to the store and back for no reason, you’d think I’d get a discount or something. I’ve never had so many issues with a phone company before until now. My local store is in Clarksburg WV. And the manager won’t even help now. If I don’t get my phone soon I’m going to flip out and switch to a different company. I don’t think I should be treated like this or suffer the consequences of the employees actions. I brought out my * month old daughter in this cold weather to get a phone promised to me that wasn’t even there. Can someone please help me? Or at least make the store get my phone before another * days. Or give me a major discount. Something. Because this is way too much!
