The issue in GetHuman-winterth's own words
switch services ... Every time I call Boost *-***-***-**** I get transferred to a Virgin mobile representative. I am trying to switch provider with a new phone... when I attempted to switch online I was being charged an additional $** reactivation fee* this is to be a new account!
I was transferred by Virgin mobile several times only to end up speaking to a different VM rep. this went on for * hours!
GetHuman-winterth did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
