I spent two hours trying to switch*activate a new phone via customer service only to have my call transferred to Virgin mobile numerous times (utterly frustrating.) I am NOT able to contact Boost via telephone, every time I call Boost I get transferred to a Virgin mobile representative!**I opted not to use the online feature because I would have been charged an additional $**.** reactivation fee* which doesn't apply to me because I'm switching from one company to another.
GetHuman-winterth did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
