Reboost card wont freaking work and boost. Operators are !%**** me off

Open a new account with reboost card I purchased ... Reboost card purchased. Tried to use it to activate new account but was told that the card was no good it was invalid pin. That it wasn't scanned or something. So I was told call the***** O on the receipt I got from the store I purchased it for.. Well I called and was told it was approved. And it got swipped that it was boost. So she called boost with me on the line. There. The guy was rude and wouldn't help cause I didn't have an account set up cause that's what I needed it for and my kid whose the phone is for was not here cause she got mad and stormed out door cause her birthday was ruined. So I decided I needed to hang up cause I was so mad by now and called back ** minutes later. Then the guy said it was not boost to call the store so he called Kroger where i got it from with me on the line and when i was put on the phone with management the boost guy hung up on me.. So I need to know what the ****€% I can do to fix my baby girls phone
I have called for * hours and they are rude and I was wrong and wrong and won't help being rude and hung up* When calling the store with me to see what happened
I want my reboots card to work for my child. I want to be able to go back and keep this from crushing her on her birthday. I want to be respected and treated nice like I have them .
