Help with my Boost Mobile issue

Call, send text messages, use data ... I have * lines on this account and we have No service at times dropped calls no or slow data text messages not going out or coming in can't receive or make calls. This has been going on for * weeks now. Just like we pay for our services we like to use them. If not resolved we will be going to need to go with another company. We have been with Boost for over ** years and never had to deal with issues before and no it is not our phone. They have been trouble shooted and reprogrammed more than * times. We we're told it was towers and now we were told it has been resolved...well not true we are still having issues. So what will be done to get our services working properly. We need it to be fixed. This is going on a month now. We need to get reimburse for services that we haven't USED.
We paid for our services and haven't been able to use. We are being told everything and nothing is being done to fix the problem.
Get our services up and going. I have * lines and all * are effectived in the same way. Just FIX THE PROBLEM
Been with Boost over ** years that should say it all
Trouble shooting reprogramming and been to boost store. IT's Not Our PHONES.
