I’ve gotten in contact with boost twice. I’ve been told the same thing, to turn my phone off and try again. I’ve done all of the above to try and make it work. My service doesn’t work anywhere near me or around me. I have to drive all the way out to west Bremerton area to have the best service and I live in Suquamish. I’ve been dealing with this since the day I switched to boost. I pay $** a month for service I never am able to use. My calls fail before they even ring sometimes, I’ll be on a phone waiting list and then the call will fail as I’ve waited my turn for ** minutes. Forget about any sort of data being able to be used. It takes ** minutes to load google without WiFi unless I drive to west Bremerton. This service is by far the worst service I’ve ever had. I wish I could take back all of my money I’ve ever spent. I’ve also called two different boost mobile locations in which neither of them have picked up nor called me back after a message was left. It’s quite unprofessional I think. I’m sick of this service and I think turning my phone off and back on is never going to solve my issue when the service simply just *****.
