I need to talk to an American speaking customer. My bill was supposed to be reduced to $** months ago and my services were to remain the same as it was with cleartalk whom boost bought out this has not happened. I cannot pay my bill because the automated system won't let me pay my ridiculously high bill. Every time I get place on hold by a foreign speaking person transferring me to a supervisor I get placed on hold for ** minutes then get disconnected. Fix the problem. Fix my bill. And do not send me some advertisement. I need a supervisor to call me back immediately this **** has gone on long enough. Stacy ***-***-****
