I’m Taylor Perry. My old phone number with boost (***)***-**** new changed phone number is (***)***-****. I called boost mobile customer service on October **, **** because my phone number was changed without my consent by someone I know. Due to my phone number being changed my service was cut off because of the number change. I spoke with a representative and he did not help. He got into my account but he said he could not do anything so I asked to speak with a supervisor. He forwarded me to a fake number. I called back to speak with someone else and she could not find my account. I don’t know what the first representative did to my account but all I need i needed was help and neither representative could do that for me. I just switched my service from metro pcs to boost mobile on October *, ****. There should be no issues with finding my account.
