Purchased device ******* phone wasnt recognizing the screen being touched.I have insurance so boost said call brightstar protection i did that*brightstar said by the device not being a year old that its a manufacturing issue so i was given samsung * to call.When i called samsung they had me to ship the device to them to repair it*now samsung is telling me the device is out of warranty,want me to pay $** for repairing the device!!Ive spoke back with samsung,they said i now need the receipt from the purchase of the device from ******* .Im continuing to get the run around concerning this the device didnt have ANY DAMAGES so why should i have to pay for repairs for a device that bill is paid,paid insurance but have been without a phone over * weeks now?
