Reporting extremely poor*rude customer service at store on Madison, Wisconsin's West side location! This guy needs to be fired! I have been a customer since **** and have introduced two individuals to your company. I went in to get my data plan switched over to another Boost phone i had on hand, as the one i was using was totally locking me out. Sales rep couldn't even acknowledge us when we came in, nor make eye contact. (No one else in the store either, mind-you). Had to plant myself at the counter and rep finally stopped doing whatever he was doing on his computer, to finally acknowledge us! He switched over my data and gave me a free case all in ten minutes, sounds great so far, right! ? Had to return about ** minutes later to let him know i wasn't getting phone service and phone was saying something about the sims card too. That's when things went way south and the guy started being super disrespectful to me!! ( I don't want him knowing that I am the one reporting on him either! He has access to my personal info and I am worried about retribution here, OK!). He was so awful to me though when i went back to the store!!
