I hate to be lied to and mislead. This service is great when it works i hate i cant call out on my phone when i pay for unlimited phone call and text messages i need my phone for work

Get my phone turned back on with out paying because my line was suppose to be credited and rewarded and nothin but no data and service interruption when my bill is paid up ... Is anybody going to contact me back or is this a done deal i cant the credit that was suppose to given for the lack of data service
My job is on the line behind my phone service and even when i pay on time thats how kids eat
I want a free month and at least my mother account credited her $** reward for referring me to boost
Im a good customer because i pay on time and if you guys stick to what you say i will bring more business i will switch my employees from metro lines to boost with me but its alot of money for me with ** employees behind me. I want to switch back to metro pcs. I am new customer been with boost about *-*months and i have been complaining about my Service since the *st month. Now i am ready to go back if not fixed. My mother sent me a refer link in my email i used it when i signed up with boost where is her reward and mine. I feel real played
I called and spoke with different customer service reps some find notes some claim they cant find anything the last rep pulled up my account and saw what i was talking about found notes from another rep and he put me hold and told me he credit my account i havent seen that. I have sent * messages in the pass * day on online no replies have even come back
I have an issue with Boost Mobile too
