Hello my name is Ms.Betty Hoskins and I have a definite problem with the particular Boost phones I purchased. I bought a total of * new, Model *N****, Android Version *.*.*. We had our phones only * months and started having problems with them. The phones would call people whom we didn't even know, without being dialed, they have charging problems (getting very hot), they get locked up and I have had to take them in to the store in order to get them unlocked. They delete apps that have actually cost us money, mine has to be on speaker in order to hear your conversation. I was told that these particular phones have been recalled.I saw them still on the display shelf and asked, " if they have been recalled, why are they still there "? I was informed that when a new customer buys one they have to order it because they are only display models. However, when they come in, they are an upgraded version instead of what is shown." I was told that I am eligible for either an upgrade or a couple different phones for $** but the other * in my family plan would have to pay full price. After all the trouble I have had, I honestly don't think this is right. If this model has been recalled, why aren't these phones that others have purchased being replaced? Please take this under consideration. I would like to keep Boost Mobile as my communication provider but I need a little assistance with these problems I have had.
