Hello, I paid for my phone bill on August **th but because my phone was broken at the time none of the service was being used for about two weeks and I just realized that my phone service is off today when I have only used the service for about two weeks so I just wanted to see if I could actually get the months service that I paid for. If you check the account I’m not sure if you can check the activity but I haven’t used my phone for the full months service.
GetHuman-reedday did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
