When I purchased a Samsung * iPhone for my granddaughter the salesperson asked if I wanted insurance. I asked her if it covered cracked screens. She said yes. Well she dropped her phone and cracked the screen. When I called the store to find out what to do she gave me a website to go to. It was then that I found out there was a $*** deductible for a new phone. This is deceptive practices and I wasn't given any paperwork on the insurance. And I've been trying to talk to a live person since yesterday. I'm changing companies when my bill is due. I would also like my $*.** a month refunded. You guys are crooks. I'd rather pay extra for my bill than deal with Boost anymore
