I have direct payment - you are supposed to charge my credit card every month. You managed to text me & charge my account last month & all the months prior, so tell me why you failed to do so this month. You created such an inconvenience for me, delaying emails & no calls out until late this afternoon - I am SO angry with Boost & I'm ready to Boost you out the door. Why should I have to go to my account when it's set up (for many months now) for you to access my credit card for payment??!?
