This week my husband and I relocated via car from southern Oregon to Colorado and lost service in California, got it back briefly in Utah, and then lost it again for the remainder of our trip. We were effectively without service for the better part of our trip which was crippling. We could not contact our roommate in Colorado regarding our arrival as our ETA changed during our trip. We could not access our finances to transfer money and make it available, forcing us to sleep in our car for one night, my husband could not contact his new employer regarding our delayed arrival be which may have cost him the job we moved here for, we are still trying to work that out. **As I'm sure you know, we live in a world where we are dependent upon our phones for most every detail of our lives. Losing our connection to so many parts of our life made an already arduous journey nearly unbearable. **We are trying to salvage our move and it would help greatly if we had a weeks extension to pay our bill. I drive for Uber and Lyft and must have my phone to make money. **Additionally, a credit for the extreme difficulties we encountered due to the miniscule coverage area of your service and the ridiculous attempt to blame us for our lack of service because we didn't turn the appropriate roaming function on before leaving our home network, seems more than fair. I've had service with every major carrier at some point, and have never had to notify my carrier I was traveling (within the us), I simply went and my coverage adjusted accordingly. **Please do NOT turn our phones off while my request is being processed.
