I received a cell phone flip phone i ordered was sent to me by fedex left by fedex on July **. Order key: bk-bepp-*********. I received it within the time allotted by about August *. The same day I tried to put it on my Tracfone only to find out that Boostmobile doesn't use Tracfone. Having never used Fed EX (they have two services which I didn't know. I spoke to someone at Boostmobile who said I could mail it *the place the address which was on the label in very small print. It was then returned from the post office. I then spoke to someone at *because the way it was sent by FedEx I had to call for a pick up. It was picked up and the next day are normal fedex man came and said the person apparently didn't scan the return label. So the only way could finally get rid of my box which went many places and my * days return didn't apply. The only way I could again try to return it accord the FedEx man was to "refuse" it which I did . That was probably at least a week ago.**When I've tried to communicate with boostmobile it constantly asked for my cell phone which of course I wasntable to get.**Now you asked me how to email me which you already have because this came to me via my email.**Where oh Where as the boost mobile gone?**************:EK-BEPP-*********
