The issue in GetHuman-lyttlejo's own words
due to the fact that I am a poor person and cannot afford to change my phone service I have no car to get to a bigger town and I have no money to pay for it anyway. This is been my service for well over ** years because of this or I would have changed a long time ago. Today is my payment day it was made my first service is still on however you just sent me a message that said I already used up all of my data and that you're going to slow my s*** down again I'm not going to buy a bigger and bigger plan each time you do this to me it's a scam. I do not appreciate your service there is poor connection where I'm at I lose my doctor's all the time I can't really call and talk to anyone and expect they're going to hear me ever. I pay astronomical prices for a well below substandard service. I am disabled and I need to talk to a customer service representative now and you never give a phone number for that that just says to me you know this is all a scam and you don't want your people to deal with it. Forcing people into computer talk all the time is insanity to me we should be given the option speaking directly to a person or using an automated system. I think your automated system would not get very much you if you would treat people with dignity and speak with them in person
