Help with my Boost Mobile issue
GetHuman-kristabe's next move: talk to Boost Mobile when they open.
Boost Mobile's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-kristabe a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-kristabe's own words
I have the **$ *G plan (I think) w Boost. Am in between internet*Wi-Fi companies and realize it'll cause my data usage to go up, I did recv the warning that data usage was almost used for the month & my service would slow down once that limit is reached. I think"slow down" is a major deceiving description of what happened to my data. Most of the time I have no data,zip,zilch, zero.. get the picture? What speed does data supposedly go down to? Can you give me comparable data speeds, highest to slowest. I want to know numbers. Also, Half the time I get a message that I have no connection. I expected the slowdown but not a no-down. Kinda not real happy with this & want more specific info. as I stated above and definitely don't want someone trying to sell me up. That'll depend on how my issue is dealt with, no sales pitch, precise answers. Thanks K. Monroe..if my product matters for the questions I have, it's moto e* or g*, get them mixed up.
