My daughter activated her phone and I added her to my plan. She paid $** today to do this, and apparently the money isnt there. Somehow the payment got processed under her account and not mine, and the rep said it would take ** minutes to fix. Well it isnt fixed, and Im pretty upset because shes not able to use her phone, nor can I add her to my plan. The payment was approved, with an approval code. If she didnt have enough money in her account to cover the payment it wouldve been declined. This better get fixed asap!!!
GetHuman-bwolfrum did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
