I accidentally payed my phone bill twice on ******** so I did speak with a representative about it because I have my rent and other bills that come out of my account automatically and this incident will cause me to be short on my checking account and plus and over draft so he said he took care of the matter and that my money would be returned to my account but have not yet seen it posted in my checking account..The confirmation *is ********* Please help**
