I talked to a tech on July *nd and he said that there was a $** re-activation fee and that it would be activated after I paid the fee. I paid the fee today and it still isn't working. I even turned it off and then back on and still nothing. How do I talk to a real person to get my phone to work. I tried calling * different phone number and they are all the same I get the same automated messages. I tried all of the different numbers on there and nothing worked.
