My cellular data has not been working as I have tried bug fixes, troubleshooting, and many hard shutdowns. I checked and made sure I have data. But one thing I have not tried is if there is an outage in my area, but I just got a unlocked iPhone * and my last phone was working in the area the day before (with the same service). And it still will not work. I’m not entirely sure how I want this done. This is my last resort before calling customer service. Please answer back at my email, thank you!
I trust that Boost Mobile will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
