I purchased a phone from Boost Mobile and have been on the phone for an hour with customer service trying to get a receipt of my purchase and it's like pulling teeth. I requested a supervisor three times and also requested to speak to someone in the United States to no avail. After over an hour of being on the phone the representative said she will call me back because she's having difficulty contacting technical service.
GetHuman-elloublu did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
